Black - Burning oil?

blue/white - head gasket

greyish - pistion rings?

Wat other colour's mean bad news?

grey..

they are the only colours the smoke is going to be.. unless you have a "special" engine

no it's not

black, white, greyish white and blue

black - more then likely overfuelling
white / greyish white - headgasket gone, coolant / water getting into combustion chamber
greyish white - general engine wear and tear
blue - on idle (if u have a turbo, then it will be the turbo seals gone)
blue while accelorating etc.. piston related, normally the rings, can be valve's though.
