Right,

I have seen this months Lax Power (didnt buy it trust me!)

In this issue they feature a skyling drifting the A1. Do you condone this or think he is a stupid To$$er?
Picture below

I have seen this thread on talk audio (they are full of 'sensible' people so they obviously think he is a dick head) I know Painz is a member so i want to hear his opinion aswell!
TALK AUDIO LINK

And here is a video clip of said drifting
http://www.nearlygood.com/video/driftinga1.html

Personally i feel that it was all set up with the lorrys and cars in on it. Still think its irresponsible but i have been in the car with friends doing the exact same thing!!! Was fun at the time but also stupid

What do you all think?

Its an interesting video..

First time i seen t i thought i may of been set up... The way all the car / lorrys are..

Why would a lorry be in the middle lane?? And his lights look very bright...

Either way I think its bloddy stupid.. And espec in those conditions.

I guess somep people will think its fantasic and looks great, however I think that type of driving is really for the track.

He was in the middle lane cos he was overtaking the car on the inside lane is my guess. And the headlights are bright because they are, they are higher up than a cars so always look brighter than anormal.

I dont get some people....

Just say for arguments sake its nothing to do with Max Power and someone posted up the video. Every one off here would be "wowww nutter" or "Mental" etc etc.

I know for a fact if I saw that happen i'd be thinking holy fuck thats mad. Anyone who convoyed with us to PVS last year will agree none of us are responsible considerate drivers when your all giddy with excitment

thats not the point, we dont have a responsibility to set examples, as a magazine with the power of reaching 1000's of people they should be act in a responsible manner, its like all those girl mags encouraging kids to become anorexic its just not how they should be behaving, AND if i remember rightly daimo got flamed for his vids

I think it's fucking daft tbh, why do they need to do it on the road, alot of people put alot of time and energy into trying to get people to keep this kind of thing to a track which Is where it should be, why max power feel to the need to do this on a public road is beyond me.

Your not getting my point here are you? Ok max power are pretty bad for publicising this but you lot ate hypocrits for saying is irresponsible. No one here can hold their hand up and say they havent done something stupid that hasnt comprimised others saftey.

Ok another scenario say this was a vid set in japan of the midnight racing...not one person here would say "its irresponsible oh god save the children!" you'd all be like wow

see my point?

no we are not saying that noone drives like that here, we are saying its irresonsible for max power to publish this and encourage this sort of bahaviour and infact you have just agreed with my statement by saying this

"Ok max power are pretty bad for publicising this "
