valued at £200k????, they want someone to buy it from them, then get them to pay them to rebuild it so they can get more publicity.

What I like the most is;

quote:

BE WARNED.. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE RESERVE HAS BEEN MET WILL BE TAKEN AS A SERIOUS BID.IF YOU SHOULD BE THE WINNING BIDDER AFTER THE AUCTION HAS FINISHED IF CONTACT IS NOT MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS, OR THE FINAL AMOUNT RECEIVED WITHIN 1 WEEK THIS WILL BE TAKEN AS BREACH OF THE CONTRACT THAT E-BAY PROVIDED FOR US AND YOU TO SIGN INTO ,AND YOU WILL BE PURSUED THROUGH THE COURTS TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF THE LAW.

Oh right, so they will send a non-paying bid alert to eBay and leave some bad feedback What a twat. The courts won't give a shit. What a twat.

I'd buy it for the engie though, scrap the shell. It's not worth the hassle to repair, cheaper to build another one really especially as the only nice part of the car was the interior.

its worth about £500 in that state, you wont ever get paint to stick to that rust on the bodywork all panels will need to be replaced, might aswell build a new one from scratch

that engine on a show car is wrong and wanting 7.5k for that is daft.
