Seriously take it to a bodyshop PLEEEZE. Dont try it with Halfords rattle cans! You must ensure you prime it properly for the paint to bond to the plastic...

As Tomas said, get it done properly. it has to be 2-pac primed so the paint will take properly. I had a bodyshop do mine, 200 notes to have bumpers, arches, door handles, rub strips and boot lock surround.

easy mate, yep its been tryed and tested. the bumper on my old car, (in my garage) was a diy job. it look good but after a few months is started to flack off if a stone hit it etc. it is well worth getting it done at a body shop, the finish will be so much nicer and it will be long lasting. it will cost u 60 notes in paint and hours of ur time.
