Not sure how well there all linked up, but my alarm doesnt come on no more when I activate the deadlocks on my GSi...
Usually, the red light in the hazard switch would light up & flash when I put the deadlocks on, but lately its stopped doing it...
sometimes when i used to unlock it, the alarm wuold go off for 3 beeps, but that was pretty rare...
i've checked all the fuses, even the one under the bonnet & there all ok, so I'm guessing maybe a relay or something?
Also, when pressing the button on the courtesy light, the red light comes on, but instead of staying on for 10 seconds after releasing it, it goes straight off...
Could this be a fault with the relay? If so, which one is it & is it one located behind the glove-box??
Need to get this sorted & dont fancy paying vauxhall...
btw... tested the transponder chip, and the car will only start with it in the key still, so least I have some security present... and the deadlocks do still work, as when I turn the key a further 45-degrees from lock, I can here the lil solenoids locking the locks further all round the car...

btt again
had one suggestion from trisha corsa gsi about shorting the bonnet sensor switch or taping it down to test, but already tried that & got nothing...
says in haynes that when deadlocks are activated, the red light should illuminate for 10 seconds before arming, but it doesnt even do that...
also, i cant for the life of me locate the alarm imob relay & the control box is stacked so far up the back of the dash it will be a dash out job to check/replace
