ive sent an item 2 a fellow corsasport member,,, they have recieved the item in a state... really badly handled.. opened box... ripped..damaged contents...
the item was immaculate when i sent it.. but now ive been told its hardly worth installing...

what can be done about this?

any sort of action i can take?
any1 had this sort of thing happen 2 them before?

Was it packaged properly? All very well saying it's Royal Mail's fault, but not much good if it wasn't packaged very well.

i had problems with toyal mail aswell and an undelievered item! :@ defo wont recommend them again!

They are Monkeys, Since I started selling stuff on ebay, they have fucked up 50% of the items.

i usually sell stuff on ebay, for t-shirts i put them into an evelope, then brown paper wrap them, and lots of brown tape. if any of my items are worth over 20quid ill offer insurance, only way to be sure now, no harm in spendin a little extra to protect something from alot more tbh

I've never had any problems as I always wrap stuff in bubble wrap or use a jiffy bag

Never had problems with anything being damaged but have had a couple of things go missing.

Takes a bit of coimmon sense when posting stuff, if you spend a few mins wrapping it properly and with plenty of packing then you should have no probs.
