how much arch work would be required for a 60mm drop on 16's

only a little if any, im lowerd 60mm on 15" wheels mine rubs only a little when i go down bit pot holes in the road. my wheels are ET42 not the proper Vaux ET of 49

the wheels will be corsa c sri wheels so are the right offset and will have 195/40/16's on.

will the arch work be plastic cutting or metal cutting aswell?

yer with the sri wheel u need to debolt, bond on the raches but before u do that cut both platoic and metal arch and also flare it out slightly

not alot of work really but rember to flare as they are et 40 and also i would recommend 40 profile as 45 may catch a bit more

they're ET49 last time i checked EPC on parts computer???

and what do you mean "bond the rear arches on" there are 10mm screws behind that hold the arch on

use something like tiger seal to bond the arches on and use some self tapping screws and fixings on the arch so the u dnt have the bots sticking out and no corsa c cri wheels come in et 40 mate i know already looked into them lol

45 are gd for et45 -49 but anything else i would go for the lower profile to stop abit more catchin mabye even stop it catching but they are more expensive

hmmm maybe i dont want C sri wheels then

i saw a set of 6 spoke astra G wheels on a corsa on the pod at PVS

i think they will look sweet in black and i know for a fact they're ET49 don't really want the wrong offset on my car

mate up 2 u the sro wheel looks ace but just need a bit of work to fit nice without catching, and aye i know the ones ur talking about i think, the 6 split spoke ones???

steve had et36 17" rimrs lowered 60mm on his old corsa with no rub

i was down 60mm and was fine on 16s et45, odd scrub over big bumps. debolt arches tho just incase
