they are adjustable headlights but for some reason one of them seems to be pointing further down than the other. Is there a way to adjust it manually?

The headlamp should have an adjustment knob at the back and a screw adjuster on the top.
Or it might be another set of headlamps on another car i had... either way, have a look.

it has what looks like an adjustment knob but it was quite difficult to turn and didnt look to do much. I will have another go now its dark.
