iv got a 1.4 16v sport with induction kit and back box gettin 1.6 16v fuel rail and injectors is this goin 2 improve its preformance at all?? 
also could u tell me of some cheeeep ways to make it go quicker??

fuel injection system is identical for 14XE and 16XE. Both Multec S sequential.
Cheapest way to make it go quicker is to remove any unnecssary weight from the car, this will improve your BHP/Weight ratio. Perhaps look to a new Inlet from someone like Dbilias or Mantzel with engine management and raised rev limit. One step on from that is TB's.

regal do dbilas stuff mantzels were made by courtenay but they dont make them anymore hence where made by courtenay
