some of you may have read a while back when i put a post up about getting a producer etc................well I now have a court summons! OK if I have the proof that i produced my documents at the police station is there a possibilty that I wont have to attend court if I write to them with a copy of the proof!?

Any sensible advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

They should have it written down somewhere to say that you produced your documents as every producer they give out has an individual number that gets recorded

If a date, etc, is set for court then you have to attend. All you will have to do is take along the proof you attended (make sure its for the right producer in question) and hand it to the judge

If you can prove that you produced your documents do not alert them to this is advance of a court hearing!

Go to court and then prove your case. Then claim for costs too! Good little money making opportunity!

I doubt you'll get stress compensation, but you could certainly be flexible with your calculations etc..

You dont have to attend court

Send in the Summons with a not guilty plee and proof you produced and the case should get withdrawn, if the court has any problems then will write to you with a new date to attend

Off Day is better suited to this thread. It's not a "general" subject as it only applies to Luisa and isn't really of any interest to anyone else.
