Its a Nikon Coolpix 4600

Theres a link which has quite a large review and informs you alot about the spec, the only thing i cant see is if it has manual shutter settings, i know it has Manual ISO and Expossure settings, so i was wandering if anyone could recoignise whether it has or hasn't.

Ive also been into Jessop's and had a quick play with it and it seems easy to use whilst posesing quite alot of settings.

Anyway tell me what you think

Canon cheapest i can find is 169 i think which im not being tight is out of my budget.

nor have I and my company spends about 5k a year with them
