i dont have bluetooth etc

there was a site theat did it then sent it to your phone

i wanna pic as a background but need it on my phone

Easy

Upload it onto the web & then go into your wap browser & type in the url of the picture. It then displays the picture & you have the option to save it (or if youhave a Sony Ericsson phone it will save automatically)
