How do you change 3g files (Videos) into Avi's etc :S?

You can't

You can do it the other way but 3gp files are made to be small & low quality. You can't enhance this.

Managed it, it wasn't to improve quality, just to convert them to avi's mpeg's etc so people without 3gp support can view them!
