I'm re-making my site and i'm modelling it off this...Example here
Anyone know how enable the scroll bar in a table like the one in the above example

I made a pretty simple website a few years ago based on similar principles. Can be found HERE

Maybe the source of mine will be easier for you to understand than the example you've been looking at.. Hope this helps..

Use the overflow attribute. Example code:

frameset is at the side and top

and iframe is an inderpendent frame anywhere u want it on the page
