Anyway i was in holland and barrett the other day and i was looking at the creatine caps and the special mixture drinks they do etc, is this a good thing for me to do to get my muscles into a better shape for holiday ? do they really work and get your muscles bigger and looking better ?

i take creatine , usually an hour before training , then i take protein straight after, ive been taking it for a few months and ive def gained muscle, ive also become alot fitter and stronger.

my mate takes steroids , weve been going to the gym the same amount of time and hes gained more than me , but when he takes them hes like my lass on PMT but 10x worse.

only thing ive noticed with creatine is blotchy spots around my neck , if i stop taking it they go and as soon as i start they come back.

no creatine is not for "fat fuckers" creatine builds and creates more muscle alot more than just protein , i go to the gym 4-5 times a week so hardly lazy .

half of the protein shakes are a rip off , you best buying the powder and making your own

Creatine is created in the muscles anyway, It's vital for the muscle to contract and relax. They are essential for them to function properly. they also help create amino acids. it is stored in the muscles for when it is needed. The other main point of it is that it is required for the kidneys to function properly. the only side effect is that it sometimes increases water retention

no as creatine is in the blood stream/muscles/body already (it's stored in the body) nothing is required for it to be diluted into the blood stream. only advice you have is to drink plenty of water.

Stack 2 fatburners are the daddys, they give you stupid amounts of energy so your brain is saying, "stop now" but your body says, "bring that shoot on"

Just dont drink any alcohol with them

No didn't copy and paste it. I do this kinda thing in college. Fitness health and exercise, lot of work to do with anatomy and exercise physiology, like muscles, how muscles work etc and nutrition. Creatine has to work in tandem with liquid. Basically keeping yourself hydrated at all times. Easiest way to find out if your dehydrated, go to the toilet. If it's yellow your dehydrated, if it's clear your hydrated. lol

Ever since this there has been more and more development into creatine. Now everyone in the sporting profession uses it. All it does is allow the muscles to train for longer and work harder. You can't takei t and grow bigger muscles, you still have to put the work in.

How am I talking out of my arse? Creatine was the most popular product to do with muscle supplementation. Most popular for a reason. Also everyone who uses it says they haven't noticed most as good results as they did untill they took it.
