When I click a link or on someones avatar for example, my popup blockers not allowing it to come up... has the programming for CS been changed? Never had this prob before...

there is a level of strength the pop ups are set at.. check ur security settings on Internet Explorer...

Tool > internet options > security >

and find out wats urs set to? mine is on Medium and i have Yahoo pop up stopper
