i bout a full magnex system about 2 weeks ago and i now have a rattle in my centre silencer, i know the cat hasnt blown up cos its fairly new (a year)
i should be able to get my money back shouldnt i?
I have been to an exhaust fitter and they have wrote on a piece of paper the problem if magnex have a moan.

had same problem with my Scorpion exhaust over a year ago, still havnt got it sorted 
you have to check what the gaurantee covers, the silencer rattling can be from the Cat throwing crap back, but your Cat is new as you say, so it could be loose baffles in the silencer which the guarantee might not cover!!
but if you only had it 2 weeks you should be fine
