what is thr requirement on these

i can adjust vertical and horizontal but where shud the light be shining?

im thinking it shud be same height as the bonnet, and both lamps shineinh towards the left?

Slightly under bonnet height. Just find another car and park them both infront of a wall with the lights on. Make your lights match the other car and job done.
