Do you mean your old battery went dead cos you left your lights on?

yeah sorry, its abit confusing. I think i'm turning into Pugnut. Seems that maybe the full beam has been on all the time and been draining the battery. The corsa being a gay corsa doesn't tell you the full beam is on unless you actually have the normal lights on, so no indication i'd left it on. Went out and bought a new battery cos i thought it was the battery that was shagged.

But you can't turn full beam on with out the headlights on...
The switch might be on, but the actual lights wont' be on...

So please retract your comments about the corsa being gay. It didn't warn you because the lights were not on

Yes i know the lights were not on, but the switch was, still think this might have drained it though.
or will it not?! and its just a coincidence?!

If the lights aren't on, then there's not a complete circuit so the power won't go anywhere. Coincidence, I feel.

I think your boot light could be on all the time and that could have flattened your battery.
