do they mind if u dnt have a job aslong as u prove to them that u have the money to rent one out?

i will go in and ask obviosuly but i may aswell get ur views first

Some might not as they make think the fact that you don't have a job but still have money coming in is a bit dodgy and don't want you there

ye thats what im thinking. i can explain that i have been working for the past year but have recently lost my job and am looking for a new one. it may work

aye i know of some places in nottingham you have to be in a full time job, no pets and no kids.

theyll ask for work references normally

not many places accept DSS and as long as your over 18 most places will give you a tenancy however theyll ask for a guarantor if your under 25 ( well my landlord did )

edit- usually means their property is secured or their possessions onto your tenancy
