There is this thing, called the internet.
The manufacturer of the laptop, will have everything you need. So download all the drivers required, and save them to a CD. Its really not a scary job as you are making it seem.
And you were commenting on the quality of certain manufacturers of laptops not so long ago? You seem to know jack when it comes to anything in detail with computers.

Before you point the finger, ask!
I do not know what devices are in the laptop to be able to download the correct drivers from the web-site.

Why don't you go through each device and write down what it is, then download all the drivers and burn them to CD. Rebuild the machine and then install all the drivers from the CD. Job's a gooden!!

Right then go into device manager, and write down all the information possible, or print of a system report. That will give you enough information to find the drivers you need.

Been in the device manager but it just gives an overview -- i.e audio device.
I've found a folder that was embeded with the drivers. Just playing around now to see what haps.
