And I beat it!!!
He kept flashing me to pull over as I was doing around 25 in a 30 mph area...
This then filtered into a bit of duel carriage way... One part of the carriage way was block and he was behind me... after the blockage I carried on in the right hand lane and he darted to the left and sped past me in left hand lane.
There was a set of lights ahead which turned red.. he slowed down and i slowly came to a still next time him...
His exhaust was so stupidly looud!! He was a proper wide boy with his right arm kinda hugging the steering wheel and his cap on a side... he started revving his engine so i thought to my self I would have a go off the lights...
soon as the lights went green we both floored it
I was amazed when my mums little 1.4 Jazz ate him alivee!!
WAS so funny
I just laughed my head off!!!
oh well...

Correct me if i'm wrong, but its a speed LIMIT... not a target.
It's not illegal, nor is it wrong to drive below the limit.

Yes but i always get told that if you drive slower then the limit then people are always driving right up your arse to make you drive to the limit and also you are more likely to fail a driving test if you drive too slow as it causes more accidents sometimes

i failed my driving tes ytfor driving at 25 in a 30, apperently it causes frustration with other drivers and therefore its dangerous.

Yup, as you're disrupting the flow of traffic.
