I thought the whole idea of these was that they replace the centre dash glovebox lid and that you can retain the space. The pod itself doesnt have any mountings or fixings on it though and after asking on scoobynet, im told they just use double sided velcro

Now just got to wait a lifetime for my gauges to arrive from america

Doh!

You can get some that lift up like the storage flap does. I bought an original Subaru one and you have to cut the plastic off above the air vents.

Got a SECS monitor in mine:



and a pod mounted boost gauge on the steering column cover thing
