Ring sbd, tell them your spec and ask what they think is the matter, dont mention the injectors and see what they say!
personally id get them as there designed for tb's i.e they get the right spray pattern and right amount of fuel into the engine at the right time

i have done  and they did mention the injectors but i said to them i dont wanna spend 300 quid if it aint gona make any difference lol

Bottom Fed Fuel Injector - This electromagnetic valve meters fuel into the intake manifold in proportion to the air flowing into the engine. When the valve is energized the electromagnetic force generated by the solenoid lifts the pintle/ball from the seat. Fuel under pressure is then injected into the throttle body bore or the intake port. The spray configuration is application dependent. For throttle body injection a hollow conical spray is required while for port injection a narrow pencil stream is preferred to avoid wall wetting.
maybe the calibra turbo ones are topfed?

if your injectors are running at 80% duty there is no need to change them.

can you buy them direct and not go through sbd? probs be a lot cheaper. i found this recently with mbe mamgement and looms.
sbd=£500
another mbe dealer=£420
sbd's 'custom' loom = £390
from the people that make them for sbd =£325
ive dealt with sbd loads over the last 3 years, but found you can get the same stuff a LOT cheaper if you look around, although their customer service is exellent, very helpfull and highly reccomended.
didnt vote btw, not sure if their will be much difference to the injectors you are running now. depends if you have £300 to throw away if they dont make any difference.
how much/what gain did sbd quote from the webbers btw?

exactly why im stalling apparently the calibra turbo injectors lose upto 15bhp on a c20xe with throttle bodies.. these r the words of both sbd and mech repairs...

as far as i remember, n/a injectors give a longer duration pulse that also sprays as a mist of fuel to help with fuel atomisation (sp) and turbo injectors have a shorter pulse but is more of a stream spray pattern.
the pulse duration will be controlled by ecu rather than injectors, so if you are using a turbo injector with a long pulse from the ecu, id imagine it would run rich and have problems with fuel detonation?
has the ecu been mapped since fitting the turbo injectors?
