Started taking the scuttle etc off to try and find out where my corsa is pouring in water. I've got as far as the rain tray. Can it be removed?

itll be either the heater drain holes blocked
the seals round the master cylinder "unlikely"
the ecu wiring as it goes into the bulkhead "most probly"
or your heat matrix-"doubtfull"

i reckon its somewhere were wiring is coming thru.... a grommet or something

Just poured water onto the rain tray and it has soaked the inside of the car. So it's definatley something under the scuttle. Any ideas on the rain tray?

Hunt complete. Had a 4 inch split along the rain tray. Water was going directly into the pollen filter and through the fan. To the scrappy tomorrow...
