Bought a New Tigra 1.8 Sport back in December 2004.
Anyway, had problems with the interior which only got worse when the dealership tried to fix it.
Almost the whole interior had white speckles on which no one could get off (after about 5 visits). In the end it was decided (By Vauxhall) I would need new interior. In fitting the new interior they cracked my windscreen, scratched my roof and left me with rattles! Then they fitted my grill wonky and my rear spoiler well off centre.
I said I'd had the car four months now and was still yet to have it in a "NEW" condition so I demanded a new car.
They said all the faults were cosmetic and could be fixed (Which means NO!).
I went away and came back.
They said I could have one if I put £1500 towards it.
I went away and came back.
Had a meeting with the manager and got a credit note for the value I paid to spend in store 
So my Tigra is going and I'm putting a little bit of cash towards the deal and getting an Astra Sport Hatch SRi 1.9 CDTi (150bhp) in Digital Green with 18"s, Electric folding mirros, reverse sensors, hill start assist, cruise control, tyre deflation detection and a rear roof spoiler (Which may change to a full kit!?!).
By the time the Astra arrives I will have had my Tigra for 7months... at NO COST!

Unfortuanately can't get the standard kit factory fitted on the sport hatch yet.
Dealership wants £1200 for it although it would be only £600 (inc 18"s) factory fitted.
I can get the Irmschire kit for around £1200 so if I go for a kit then Irmschire it will be.
