How much would a c20xe redtop engine sell for with 125k on the clock?

It idles sweet, no smoke, slight sump gasket leak.....in fact it runs better than mine

Still in car and can be heard running.

replace sump gasket first, cost u bout £2, fit it ureself, really easy, and then get shit loads more for engine!.

I know bought mine for £600.
But this has 125k on it, should still sell shouldnt it for a reasonable price

well sorry but i bought one for £350 with box, loom, ecu, exhaust manifold, and engine with 72K on it!!!

so i would say bout £250 - £300

Agreed, £250-300 is typical price.

I've paid £100 for everything and £230 for just an engine.

how much is it for a 2L 16v transplant, with the gearbox and any peripherals that you would need?
