i was wondering if anyone could help me with this calcular question?

A stainless steel wine vat in the form of a circular cone 10m high and 8m diameter at the top. A valve at the apex of the inverted cone allows wine to flow from the vat at a rate of 100cm^3/s.

A) Derive an equation for the rate at which the wine level in the vat falls if the valve remains open

B)
What is the value of this rate of change when the hieght of the wine vat is 5m high?
