just foned up to upgrade to sports channels as there is a match i want to watch in like half an hours time, they said it can take between 2 minutes and 4 hours
anyone know if theres anything i can do to make it pick them up sooner, such as turning it on and off or something, tried it once but it didnt work
guy on the fone was foreign and didnt have a clue

when i phoned up to watch the speedway grand prix last week they sorted it within 5 minutes
