right guys i bought a exhaust center section for 70 quid april 30 and it still aint come, and i just got this mail today, what the fuck do i do as ive a feelin i might loose both money and exhuast advice is wanted bigtime please

below is the mail i got,

We are currently still trying to get the remus exhausts out to you, We still have 4 ebay orders outstanding including yourself ....

With Remus runing out of stock and Ebay temporarily banning us from using their site, this has delayed the process of us delivering the goods because we had no contact details.

We are also currently fighting with finaces and trying not go into liquidisation, if you look into our other auction, you will see we are selling our racking/stands etc and closing our shop, to try to raise funds to complete any outstanding orders and pay of any debts owed to suppliers ... We are currently succeeding to keep the wolfs at bay, but this is obviously taking its toll on delivery dates. ...

As you rightly said you have been very patient and have waited six weeks for the exhaust, we have instructed Ebay and paypal of the situation, so this will shorten any investigation time down, if you feel the need to contact them.

As stated we only owe 4 remus exhausts to Ebayers, who have all paid via paypal, so we have said once we receive payment for the items we are currently selling on ebay, we will pay Remus and send the parts out to you the customer. This should take approx 2 weeks from today to complete.

We will give you the choice to either wait for 2 weeks, and if we do not produce the goods then you can report us to Ebay and Paypal,

The only other choice for us is to go into bankruptcy and all oustanding orders will be disclosed and lost ... But we do not want this to happen.

We can only apologise for the situation and not keeping you upto date with the facts, But we have been working around the clock to ensure customers do not lose their money and orders by us going under.

Ebay or Paypal wont do fuck all for you, their shit unless they want something out of you! Have you got the people address? Maybe the best option to go and see them! Or get trading standards involved, threaten them with them first, if that fails, actually get trading standards onto them!

Trading standards can't do anything if the company folds. The best that you can hope for is that they settle outstanding orders as they appear to be aiming to do, second best option is that you get your name on the list of creditors with whoever administers the bankruptcy, third best is your credit card company cover it.

While they're still trading there's not much you can do.
