autoglass jobsworths....!
i had a new windscreen put in other month
about 2 weeks later i realised my alarm sensors wernt working...took it to the alarm company they showed me what was wrong they asked if id had a new windscreen recently when i said yer they showed me the sensor wires n they had been ripped apart!
so obv got it repaired there n then costin 50quid!
so sent a copy of the bill etc all documents to autoglass who say its not there responcibilty! and that if i had a query i shudda gone straight to them so they refuse to pay for the damage they caused this is wrong isnt it??

should of looked after your windscreen
but seriously, thats bad i'm sure you are within your rights to get it repaired elsewhere as an alarm isn't something u want to be going without.
