The Opel Tigra TwinTop is manufactured in Cerizay (western France) by the renowned coachbuilder Groupe Henri Heuliez S.A.

Would be surprised if they make the whole car for Opel/Vauxhall, as thats quite a big sub contract for a company to make.
They most likely supply the roof module to Opel, for assembly on the production line... which would explain why you dont get the hoods in the same colour as the car, so theres no problems with colour matching .

They do this:
- development phase:
- feasibility and styling studies
- simulations
- complete development of the product
- prototypes, tests and homologation
- industrialization phase
- stamping of specific parts ( about 90 parts)
- welding of BIW: 3000 of the 4000 existing weld spots in the car are realized in Cerizay
- E-coat and painting: realized in our existing installations with the exception of the rear window that will be painted in our new workshop
- final assembly, tests and quality inspections are realized in Cerizay
The vehicles will then be delivered to our logistics center in Clazay and afterwards sent to the OPEL distribution network.
