valve guides - upto £10 each
HG - 80'ish
therm -

bearings 40+30 say

to strip a head, and rebuild with uprated parts.

head was ported/polished etc before last build

Ive been quoted £350 for fitting cams solid lifters, shimming, port and polish fit bronze valve guides, lap in valves and recut seats etc etc

good price ?

i think they sit ontop of the solid lifters...

im sure someone will correct me if im wrong..
