parkour and tricking = greatness.
I really needa start doing shit like that again, i can do flips pretty well but some of the heights of that would be awesome to try but damn :shock:
Awesome vid, good to see because it's british too. It's a pretty big sport now tbh, ever since Jump London n all those programs came on it's taken off.
See alot of guys in big town centres, Edinbrugh, Glasgow, London, etc

this was all started in a massive way last year by some french dudes, and as per usual when you want the vid you cant find it. the french fellas where jumping from building to building, there is one where the doing some major jumps around an old battle ship of some sort!
