ok ms outlook has some sort of cache so when you start tryping an email address if you have used it before it pops up.

Any idea where it stores these and how can i get to them?

Click the word 'To:' just to the left of where you're typing the the persons email address.

this will work if they are already saved.

These ones are not.

The file will be located in

C:\Documents and Settings\(your_profile)\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.NK2

It shows up as a "Office Data File".

And here is a piece of software that lets you view the information in that .nk2 file
