first one was to my insurance, managed to barter a hundred quid from the amount with norwich union. had an indian guy talking to me on the phone, but had the slight accent of a scouser 
next it was to close my egg card, rang them up got through to "colleen" sounded quite hot on the phone, but tranfered my balance so however instead of closing she said if i leave it open next march i can transfer a balance on 5 months intrest free. 
then it was clydsedale financial, (wheelbase storecard), got them to send me a cheque which they owe me, but "lyndsey" the scottish bird didnt understand that i want the account closing will call again later
all in all very productive morning

I had one of those Clydesdale store cards with Gasoline Alley when I first got my Corsa and put wheels on it, the intrest was like 49% or something 
That was soon disposed of
