Where does everone buy theirs from??

Im looking at getting a 512mb MMc card for a nokia 6230 and a either 256/512mb card for P910i,

Cheapest i have found them are:

Sony official MEMstickDUO 256MB: £29.95
Sony official MEMstickDUO 512MB: £49.95
MMC 512MB: £37.95

Are these prices good? Egay seems dubious.

Anyone tell me where they got theres from??
