how many 'real' mates would u say u have? i know ive only really got 1 TRUE friend that would do anything for me, but 2 more close mates that would also go out their way for me. But thats about it, theres a group of us who i get on with, but thats about it. there is one person in our group of 'mates' who i dont get on with, and he dont like me either, not too sure why tho 
its only recently ive realised how many true mates i have

I've got friends, but I don't think i've really got a true friend... well, one of my mates who I go out with to the pub and stuff is a good mate.... the rest alwats just seem ready to fuck people over in any way they can

My situation is exactly the same, and the only 'real' mate is the one i met 3 yars ago through work. Out of the group of lads i grew up through school and college with I would say 2 of them would go out of their way and 1 of them hates me and i ahte him too. Hes a knob though.

2 or 3 i'd say. Its wierd though, got a couple of mates, who, even if id not seen/spoke to them in months, i could pick up the phone, or pop round if i needed help, and they'd help me if they could.
Was round a mates house earlier, who i'd not seen for about 2 months, before this weekend, and before that, was proberbly atleast 12 months. Used to be really good friends, but just drifted appart. Weired how tonight it was like there was never a gap, and still get on like we used to.
Been thinking about it, and just find it crazy how easy it is to drift appart and loose touch, even when there just a phonecall, or a txt message away...

wel lart night i went out with a mate i used to be bst mates iwth years ago. but stopped talkin becuaes out girldsfeiends didnt like eachother. but he randomly rang me yrst to take the piss outa be bnout the chelsea cunts winnin the title. asked how i was, i epxplained and we went out n had a stormer 
tonight, well i ended up speinding the majortiry of my time at the bar talking to girls, my 'mates' dont seem interested in this, i fear they mayt be gay
