sheerd straight of couldnt think why though as i dont do may miles and its only been on the car a max of 4 months its a cossvaux hub by the way

Well got to be expected, the wall thickness is so reduce from stock, so it's got to be so much weaker.
The only way to do it properly is to do the grpA bearings set up harry hockley does.
the knuckle is machined out to accept the bearing not the hub, mucho stronger.
