how can ny1 tell u best if they have not had every set fitted to there car
all ppl can do is give an opinion on what they got
personally im using fk highsports i found them perfect for my needs where ppl get the idea there soft is beyond me, my wing bends in b4 the suspension compresses slightly

wouldnt touch anything Fk as quality seems suspect. Base models should be damping adjustabe rather than height IMO
Spax are well harsh from riding in my mates car and are somewhat budget
I've heard good things about Gaz as Andy Hamilton really rates them ( i shall be buying some of these in the future)
Donna has had the Avo's for a while on her car and I have not heard a bad word against them
Not heard much about Koni coil overs but suspect them to be of good quality as the adjustable dampers i have are trully awsome.
However there are some top end gear such as H&R, Leda which will be decent stuff but wont be too healthy on your bank balance

Not really a sweeping statement tbh
A good friend of mine had a set of High sports on his car and when he decided to break it he removed the suspension as i was interested in them as they were only 6 months old. When he showed me them they were covered in rust and looked like they were years old My konis have been on my car for 4 years nearly and they havent rusted one bit so...rust cant be a good thing?
Also whats the point in having height ajustment and not damping rate? pointless IMO
Also Dan (j100RSA) his sheered off from the fixing to the arm and he was very lucky not to crash IIRC
So just a matter of opinion just like your entitled to yours

I use Harry Hockley GrpA Tarmac Rally Coilovers (Bit of a mouthfulll!) They have Bilstein 40mm inserts and are fixed damping. Best ive used and bullet proof but they are quite expensive at around £700+ for a set of front legs only.
Only other coilover ive used was Spax RSX - spings let them down. I now use some hard 300lbers and drop 40mm, anthing more on a fast-road Corsa is too much IMO, especially with the Redtop engine. You need travel in the shocks, harder springs will stiffen and reduce roll the same as lowering into the bumpstops except you still have the travel there if need be....
