my laptops is seriulsy infected with viruses how do i go about gettin rid of them, wot do u lot use. programs methods etc

ah but it wont let me download it, every time it opens a webpage it shuts it down lafter 10 secs on so

Buy a well known antivirus, and use that. Or Format the Laptop. System Restore?
