Sold a ja rule CD on Egay for 99p. It was my first attempt at selling.

As auction ended e-mailed the winner with total. He mailed me back about 3 days later asking for the total so i mailed him again with the total. £1.49 inc P&P. Asked him to pay via paypal, he said he couldnt as he was having problems, hed send me a cheque

I then waited. and waited and waited and waited for it. Im SILL waiting and its been 4 weeks. Ive e-mailed him twice. When do i just give up and re-list?
Im not bothered about moneies o nout, just a pain! As its my first sale and this bloke is obviously of the gimp persuasion i feel have a non paying bidder, for a mere £1.49 what a cock!

So do i just leave negative feedback, or do i have to warn him first

You may neg if you wish, I would personally.

I've sold two domain names, one of which closed at £1.04. Neither buyer paid.

Having said that I've just sold a phone for 157 quid and a camera for 270 and they both paid within 20 minutes.

Depends what you're selling and how lucky you are I suppose.
