i bought the cd and the usb cable off ebay, so i could download pics to and from my fone, but it isnt finding my fone through the port, also says device is switched offline??? but there is nothing to say switch it online?

ppl who have had this product, any help or idea what the problem could b??

i had same problem, you can download easystudio off samsung site to see if it works.

i ended up scrapping it and buying bluetooth instead.

had same problem also! gave up in the end.
