yeah, but why build a 1000+ bhp skyline, or a twin engined nova, or an rst engined mini or 106
cos you can, and why not
it'd be awesome to own the most powerful/ fastest of its kind, whatever car it is

Theres a FWD Astra Mk2 running 450bhp putting down a 10.1 1/4 mile so not really pointless aslong as you can get the power down

exactly, i mean, why put a 2.5/3 ltr v6 in a corsa, then think about turboing it and adding NOS?
maybe cos noone else can be arsed, and its unique
noone else has a 600+ bhp nova, thats and impressive thing to be able to say about your car

Exactly, I took this from the gtr register that my dad is on and most of their replies were along the lines of... " thats pointless, why put so much power through a FWD car?" ... Excuse me mate but does your skyline have 600hp? No? well fuck off then! who gives a shit if the car doesnt get much/any traction?? It's all about showing off what is capable, if no-one took it a step further we'd all be driving moris minors

i agree with all here lol
600 bhp in a nova is crazy and i bet it shifts like fook when its got traction
but a nova with 300 bhp and more traction is still gonna be the quicker car off the line

450bhp FWD astra doing a 10.1 1/4 think that proves you can get traction no matter what the power aslong you you spend the money on the right things

I reckon they put it into a nova because they wanted to spend all the money on the engine, not the car. They can always change the car for a bigger one at the end of the day if they want to drive the engine.
