if my MoT had hypothetically expired, say 2 weeks ago, and i booked it in for a test tomorrow.... would i still be ok to drive to work in the morning?

I think the only time that you are allowed to drive a car with no MOT on the road is when you are driving directly to a pre-booked MOT Test. If that is indeed correct.... then no, you cant

well, i willbe driving it directly to a pre booked test, just a few hours early, as the mot place is about 8 units down from my work, but i have to wait for my new wheels to turn up before i can take it round to them, as my tyres are getting to the "wires hanging out" stage

there is no grace as you can have an mot done 30 days before it runs out. but as all ready said you can drive to a pre booked mot but that is all
