need to go to court soon but what happens when you go to be a witness? Do i get grilled off the judges or do they jsut read out my statement and i jsut need to agree and disagress?

pretty much depending on the case,

I've been questioned by lawyers before about the accuracy of my statement and shit like that.. but thats because i was the Passenger of my Cousins car that he crashed at 100mph and they were trying to do him with wreckless driving

Been up to be a witness twice. 1st time other witnesses didn't turn up, 2nd the case was abandoned. You get absolutely no help in the place though. You go and sit in a room and wait to be called. Treated worse than the criminals in my experience.
