for me this is a snack before lunch, yet i don't put weight on (which i want to do)



any weight gaining tips?

i hate people like you i jst have to look at food and i put weight on lots of alcohol and fizzy drinks and you'll soon be a fatty

if u want to gain weight eat complex carbs like pasta, bread potatoes and lots of protein....

not point eatin loadsa shit u wont get fat ul just end up with high cholesterol

weight gain is easy.

no exersise eat fat and sugary foods. also eat before you go to sleep. however this is not a healthy option.

Im like that, One night last week i had cajun chicken and chips, then steak and chips and then tandoori chicken breast and roast potatoes.

On Saturday night i had a 6 inch subway club and a gammon steak and chips for tea

i go to the gym 3x a week weight training, which obv uses a lot of energy

depends if u want to put weight on, or increase body fat? muscles weigh more than fats, so if its simple weight gain, then yeah working out will be a big advantage, however if u feel u are skinny, and want to put a bit fat on, then diet is a big influence

Just cause the scales only go upto 18 stone and the needle stays there, doesnt mean you havent put any more weight on .
