Just rang them as having probs with the alarm and needed it serviced... Only to find out they wanted to charge £199 for the guy to come out (but u get the first hour free ) and £45 an hour labour after that!!! Its a joke!!!

I had problems with them too

Guy took my old alarm off & took it with him without my permission

I was going to put it on my other car.

All the panels they took off weren't refitted properly either
