...when it fully shut, the cable doesnt work and the it has no front bumper

You need to increase the tension on the wire rather than reduce it to pop a bonnet though don't you?

can get there asily has no bumper or grille on, but the cable isnt pullable from the engine bay

nah not like that time mate lol

this time the catch inside was actually removed as i never intended to slam shut the bonnet just have to push the clip where the cable goes to towards you and it pops up

i am proud now my rocker cover is trading hands to my friend to be powder coated
