"Money laundering is the process by which large amounts of illegally obtained money (from drug trafficking, terrorist activity or other serious crimes) is given the appearance of having originated from a legitimate source. "
If it applies here, there is unlikely to be any BMW, thats just a pic... it's a front for two groups to transfer money. The fact it's set so low to start and is only open to pre approved bidders indicates it's likely to be the case. The auctions I've seen like this in past have been removed by eBay eventually...

Hi-jacked eBay account.
He doesnt want you to use 'Ask Seller' and you can't bid and win through the normal channels.

i thought i wud e-mail him asking alot of questions here is the reply,
I appreciate that you contacted me regarding the 2003 BMW M3 Convertible.
First of all, the car is being sold because of business commitments.
Unfortunately it has to go but it will be greatly missed... I am willing to
sell it ONLY for £8,000.00 with shipping/handling included.
The car has no damage, no scratches or dents, no hidden defects. It is in
immaculate condition and hasn't been involved in any accident. The motor
runs awesome. The tires are like new. There is no outstanding finance on the
car and it has got a clear HPI check.
Although my eBay account was initiated in UK, but I am permanently reside in
Cosenza, Italy (where my family is from) and the car is being shipped from
here. There will be no problems regarding UK Customs policy on receiving the
car. I will pay all the costs for getting it into the UK. You just therefore
pay to register it as a UK vehicle.
If the car is not how I described it, I will offer a full refund, upon the
return of the item in original condition (return postage at my expense). It
will be insured during transportation and will be delivered at your front
door in 4 days.
If you agree on the selling price, please get back in touch ASAP as I need
to move fast on this.
Ken
